TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

  • > Torque Specifications Summary:

    • Chrome cylinder to outer case: 30 Nm / 22 ft-lbs
    • Droplink bracket: 25 Nm / 18 ft-lbs (Do not overtighten)
    • Spring platform: 5 Nm / 3.6 ft-lbs (Do not overtighten)
    • Center nut: 100 Nm / 74 ft-lbs
    • Flange nuts: 40 Nm / 30 ft-lbs
    • Top mount bolts: 25 Nm / 18 ft-lbs
    • Rear center nut: 50 Nm / 37 ft-lbs

  • > Preparation Notes:

    • Clean the top pin using Loctite SF 7063.
    • Apply Loctite 243 Blue to secure the top mount to the top pin.
